If you are a past patient of Dr. Lisa or Dr. Katheryn but have not been into the office in over a year, please schedule a new injury/progress exam appointment. Good Faith Estimate - Under the new No Surprises Act, as of January 2022 health care providers are required to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. Our office is a self-pay practice, and encourages all patients to request a Good Faith Estimate prior to your initial visit.
