NEW PATIENTS: Please book an Initial Assessment below. If you are a past patient of Dr. Lisa but have not been into the office in over a year, please schedule a new injury/progress exam appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that life happens, but if you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to another patient. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a $50 fee, and missed appointments without notice are charged the full visit cost.
We are a self pay practice and encourages all patients to request a Good Faith Estimate prior to your initial visit.
