NEW PATIENTS: Please book a New Patient appointment. If you are a past patient of Dr. Speares but have not been into the office in over a year, please schedule a re-exam/new injury appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that schedules can change, and we appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment.

To help us accommodate other patients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes.

• Follow-up appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 late change fee.
• New Patient appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $75 late change fee.
• Missed appointments (no-shows) without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled visit.
