Our Initial Assessments are designed for new patients who have never been to our office before. Each appointment includes a thorough consultation, chiropractic exam, and personalized care recommendations. Your practitioner will take time to understand your health history and goals, identify any underlying issues, and create a tailored plan that may include adjustments, exercises, and lifestyle guidance.

Chiropractic Care

For routine and ongoing chiropractic care for existing patients.
*If it has been more than a year since your last appointment: patients of Dr. Lisa should schedule a New Injury/Progress exam and patients of Dr. Speares should schedule a Re-Exam.*

Dry Needling

For treatment of soft tissue injuries and inflammation.

Dr. Jordan Speares DC

Dr. Speares is highly specialized in sports and athletic care. She can help you recover from a sports injury, or prepare for an upcoming event. Dr. Speares uses techniques such as dry needling, ART, and kinesiotaping to improve outcomes and help patients reach their goals more quickly.
